In case of snow cancellation:The Host for the meeting is the person who decides if the meeting should be cancelled. It is important to listen to the weather reports and make an informed decision about the weather. We do not want people driving in bad weather but we also don't want a meeting cancelled due to a small amount of snow. Cancellation must be made by 2:00 pm Thursday. Call Paul DeLorenzo or anyone in the banquet office at 978.774.8620
Notify: Brett Kirkpatrick, Kate Ritter and Jeannette Sullivan if you cancel a meeting so announcements can immediately go out to members.
